Sun Devil Rewards, Arizona State University’s official loyalty program, was hosted on its own mobile app. To improve the overall experience and better integrate the rewards system into ASU’s other offerings, the program was moving into the menu of another app: ASU Mobile.

To communicate this change to existing users, I produced copy for a series of relaunch emails and assisted messaging direction for corresponding organic social posts. The goal was to highlight the changes as a positive, user-focused move — emphasizing the value of individual users and their contribution to the app experience.
